• Fenugreek Seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum)
  Properties: Seeds are traditionally used to support healthy digestion and respiratory function.
  Growth Regions: Native to the Mediterranean, Southern Europe, and Western Asia; cultivated in India, North Africa, and the Middle East.
  Harvest Time & Methods: Seeds are harvested in late summer to early fall when pods dry, then threshed and dried.

• Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis)
  Properties: Traditionally used to soothe mucous membranes in the digestive and respiratory systems.
  Growth Regions: Native to Europe, Western Asia, and North Africa; grows in temperate, marshy areas like U.S. and European wetlands.
  Harvest Time & Methods: Roots are harvested in fall from 2-3-year-old plants, cleaned, and dried at low temperatures.

• Goldenseal Root (Hydrastis canadensis)
  Properties: Traditionally used to support immune function and mucous membrane health.
  Growth Regions: Native to eastern North America, particularly the Ohio Valley and Appalachians; grows in shaded woodlands.
  Harvest Time & Methods: Roots are harvested in fall from mature plants, cleaned, and dried sustainably.

• Comfrey Root (Symphytum officinale)

Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email manager@beacourageousfamily.com with the subject line: "Request for Refund for Order # [your order number]". We will review every request and respond promptly.

Please inspect your order within 7 days of receiving it. If you receive a product that doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within that window with documentation and we will make it right.
